Nutritional Services
The Nutritional Services Department serves patients and families delicious meals seven days a week with a warm and caring attitude. Patients are offered a liberalized diet to accommodate each individual’s dietary needs. A dietician is on staff to assess patients’ nutritional needs and provide information and instruction on nutrition to residents, patients, and outpatients. Mercer County Hospital wants to take care of the patients and families needs during their stay. A hospitality tray is provided to families and friends of patients in Surgery, Hospice, and Emergency Room waiting areas.
Guests are welcome to visit our Coffee Corner. The Coffee Corner offers a variety of choices of soup, salad, sandwiches, scones, cinnamon rolls, muffins and cookies. Delicious beverages are also offered like hot chocolate, cappuccino, and coffee. Take a break and unwind when you visit our Coffee Corner.
