Current nursing staff schedules are available upon request at the Medical/Surgical Nurses Station at all times. Please contact the Chief Nursing Officer, the Medial/Surgical Nurse Manager, or the House Supervisor if you would like to know the current nurse to patient ratio which includes the daily assigned nursing personnel and average daily census. This information will not contain information identifying a patient, employee, licensed nurse, or other licensed professional. It is available in accordance within the Administrative Code of the Illinois Department of Public Health Section 255.150. Requests for information under this Section may be communicated to the hospital by any reasonable means, including, but not limited to, written, telephone, or on-site inquires.
