The Mercer County Hospital Governing Board meets regularly on the third Monday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A at the Hospital.

The Mercer County Hospital Governing Board hosts a joint meeting with the Active Medical Staff quarterly on the third Monday of the month, prior to the Governing Board meeting (March, June, September and December). The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Hospital Cafeteria; the session includes dinner and an informational presentation.

The Mercer County Hospital Governing Board Finance and Audit Committee meet regularly on the third Monday of every month, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room A at the Hospital.

The Mercer County Hospital Governing Board Governance and Nominating Committee meet regularly on the second Tuesday quarterly (March, June, September and December), at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room A at the Hospital.

The Mercer County Hospital Governing Board has three other Board Committees that meet on an “as needed” basis; those Committees are:

1. Executive Committee
2. Executive Performance and Compensation Committee
3. Ad Hoc Committees as assigned by the Board
